Free UK delivery on orders over £40. Under that, standard delivery is £[X].

Easy returns on anything unworn and unused, in its original packaging.
Delivery
We deliver to UK addresses only for now. Orders placed before [CUT-OFF TIME] on a working day usually leave us the same day. Coffee is roasted in small batches, so it can take an extra day or two to ship. That is the price of freshness.
Most things fit through your letterbox. Bigger orders, tumblers and capes come as a small parcel and may need a signature.
Returns
Changed your mind? No problem. You have 30 days from delivery to send back anything unworn, unused and in its original packaging for a full refund of the item price.
- Email hello@silly-goose.site with your order number and what you are sending back.
- Pack it up nicely and post it to the address we send you. Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing.
- We refund you within 14 days of receiving it, to the original payment method.
Things we cannot take back
For hygiene and freshness reasons we cannot accept returns of opened coffee, food or cupcakes, or anything that has been worn or washed. Gift cards cannot be refunded. None of this affects your legal rights if something arrives faulty.
Faulty or wrong item?
Sorry. Email us with a photo within 30 days and we will send a replacement or refund you in full, including postage. You will not need to argue with us. We are a goose, not a call centre.
